We focus on mergers, acquisitions, takeovers, leveraged buyouts.We provide timely analysis, information and
interpretations of any development that may affect price movements of the
securities of companies undergoing announced
transactions. We provide both specific trading strategies
to help investors make opportunistic investments as well as
portfolio recommendations to assist in risk assessment and
portfolio weightings. Our database tracks pending transactions
in North America and our service provides full research reports
on all recommended portfolio investments, which includes daily
commentaries and real-time updates.
DealAnalytics.com was founded in 1999 by Scott W. Keller.
Mr. Keller and a staff of analysts update our site throughout
each trading day.
Prior to forming DealAnalytics.com, Mr. Keller launched Guard
Hill Capital, a merger arbitrage hedge fund, in 1995. The
fund was the top-ranked event-driven fund for the period 1998
through 2000 in terms of risk-adjusted, non-correlated total
return (MAR/Hedge, April 2000), and ranked 17th out of 592 total hedge funds
globally. Before founding Guard Hill Capital, Mr. Keller had
ten years of experience as a Managing Director and head of
proprietary arbitrage and distressed securities trading for
two major Wall Street investment banks, Kidder, Peabody and
Bankers Trust/Deutsche Bank (1987-1994). Mr. Keller began his career as an investment
banker in the Mergers and Acquisitions department of Oppenheimer
& Co. in 1985. He graduated with Highest Honors from Duke
University, the Columbia University
School of Law and received an MBA in Finance from the
Columbia University Graduate School of Business in 1985. Mr.
Keller has appeared frequently on CNBC as a commentator on
mergers and acquisitions, arbitrage and trading analysis.

on a real-time basis. We offer our subscribers not only detailed
written commentary, but also specific trading recommendations
